The location was a huge plus. I found being so close to the main street and the marina very convenient. The sealed windows worked well to keep the noise levels down (important when you're in a busy area). The air conditioning kept the room cool.

The location was great and close to everything.
My room felt really small, and it was depressing with old-fashioned walls and ceiling. The tv was tiny. It looked like an old ipad. Completing the self-check-in online via WhatsApp felt unnecessary. It could have been done quickly at the reception.

the hotel was supremely located overlooking the rambla. it was new year's eve and day of the kings so we had a prime viewing spot. i found the staff to be very polite and pleasant.
i found the air conditioning advertised but i could not control the unit. the cover for the remote was screwed closed so i could only power it on and off. the settings were set to fan only so the air-conditioning was just a fan.

The hotel is near shops and restaurants. It was easy to visit various places from there. The staff were helpful (especially with directions). I appreciated the clean, modern room.
The air conditioning unit only operated as a fan. I found it difficult to adjust the temperature to my preference. The remote's cover was screwed shut (i could not access any other settings).

i found the air conditioning situation frustrating. i couldn't control the unit because the cover for the remote was screwed shut. this meant i could only turn it on and off. the settings were stuck on fan only, so the air conditioning was just blowing air around. also, i couldn't leave my suitcase before check-in because it was too heavy. they only accept small suitcases, which wasn't very accommodating.
