The staff was polite and helpful, especially with my early arrival. they kindly stored my luggage before check-in, which allowed me to explore a bit. i was upgraded to a superior double room. It was like a true act of kindness.
The surrounding area lacked charm. It didn't feel like a place for a leisurely stroll.

The hotel is near the airport, perfect for early flights. It's only a short taxi ride. there is a supermarket in the same building complex. This made grabbing snacks easy. the nearby train station provides access to the city.

The air conditioning was broken , and staff didn't offer any help. they said 'we are in germany, this will take a while to get fixed. ' that's outrageous! This should have been offered.
