The location is UNBEATABLE. I enjoyed the cozy character of the room and hall, complete with literary references. The staff provided great instructions and tips, assisting me wonderfully. I also discovered excellent nearby restaurants.

I found the hosts to be very nice and cute. The room provided was quite fabulous, including a comfortable bed for rest. The location worked well, not being directly in the city center's busy atmosphere, but still directly off the tram line. I will consider another stay here because the hotel met my needs very well.
The outside noise could get a little loud due to close proximity to trams. This is a very slight inconvenience, nothing major.

I WAS offered a complimentary drink upon arrival, a lovely surprise. Paul was helpful and cute. He provided useful information. The bed was very comfortable, and i enjoyed a great night's sleep. Breakfast from the restaurant was excellent with a reduced rate for hotel guests.

the staff were helpful, i have to say. the pub downstairs had live music. it meant we didn't have to leave the building. the location was ideal to me.
the bed was terrible and loud. i had to wedge a spoon in the bed frame to help with the creaking. outside noise was a little noisy, you know. we were very close to trams.

The location was convenient I walked to Temple Bar in about fifteen minutes. Public transport was right outside the hotel. I got a discount at the on-site restaurant and bar. I also appreciated coffee and tea in the room.
