I really liked the laundry machines. They were so convenient. i also found the plentiful toiletries to be a nice touch! the on-site sushi restaurant had great quality food. It was a total win after a long day.
my room lacked sufficient clothes hangers. it made it difficult to keep my clothes organized. the bathroom also needed a better spot for hanging towels closer to the shower stall, what a bummer!

i loved the hotel's decoration! the interior design created such a cozy vibe for me and my kids. the beds were super comfortable! we all slept really well.
the hotel didn't have much storage space in the room, and not enough clothes hangers were available. also, the bathroom lacked a convenient spot to hang the bath towel near the shower. it was annoying to drip water across the bathroom to reach a towel after showering.

the superior queen room includes a comfortable queen bed. there is an open space design, and i liked that. the bathroom was nice and the room included full amenities.

filtered water is available ! the hotel provides a gym with equipment for workouts. also, there is a washing machine and a dryer for guest use, so helpful.

staff members were polite and helpful! they even kept our backpacks before and after our stay. the staff helped me to book a drive to the highlands with eric, a great driver.

The room was really clean. It included a complete range of amenities . all of the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.
The front desk checkin person wasn't friendly. She never smiled. the bed was super hard and very uncomfortable. It made sleeping difficult.
