The location was convenient. Close to the metro. the staff were friendly and helpful! i appreciated their kindness. our room was cleaned every day. It was nicely decorated.
The air conditioning was broken throughout the hotel, so the bedroom was hot! i couldn't sleep well. the conference lecture rooms were also too hot. It was difficult to concentrate.

The lobby features beautiful decorations. The room has blackout curtains and soundproofing, VERY important. I got a room with a balcony. I WATCHED the sun rise every morning. The staff really go above and beyond. They helped me book tours and made restaurant recommendations. They even helped me with directions. I REALLY felt taken care of. The breakfast included a selection of pastries, cereals, and fruit. COFFEE was available. I ate it every morning. The metro station is only a short walk away. IT took me straight to the city center. I explored many places.

the hotel was in a great location near the metro. the room was cleaned every day (i appreciate this!). it was nicely decorated. the staff were very nice.
the space of the shower was very small. there was only half a curtain. i had to limit myself to avoid getting the floor too wet.
