The staff was very friendly and helpful . I especially appreciated that they helped me with my luggage upon arrival. The sea view from my room was great (i watched the sunset every evening). Free street parking right next to the hotel was REALLY convenient.
The television in my room did not work. I tried various troubleshooting steps, but I was unable to get it to function . It was a minor inconvenience.

Although only continental breakfast was available, I saw other guests eating a full English breakfast. When I asked if I could have the same, I was told, "no" and given only eggs, but I then received a full English.

My room was clean and tidy. It had everything I required for a comfortable stay. There was a nice view of the sea and across to the Great Orme from the bedroom window.

The hotel is in a great location right opposite the beach, a short distance from the town centre. The hotel is outside of the restricted parking area, so I could enjoy free street parking.

The room i booked matched the one i saw online. I liked that. i had a part sea view from my room. the location was convenient, only one street from the beach.
the hotel bar only opened after 17:00.

the room had wifi and a tv. the room featured comfy recliner seating in addition to the bed, it was a big room. the bathroom had a good size bath with lovely hot water.

the continental breakfast provided was adequate. it included cereal, toast, and jam, all for a reasonable price. nothing was fancy, but it was perfectly good for a quick morning meal.

The room was spacious enough. I slept ok (the room had a view).
I found dust on the glass shelf above the hanging rail behind the bedside table. The outside area had old furniture and rubbish. It did NOT give a good first impression. This was very annoying.

EXCELLENT stay NEAR THE SEA
ample spacefree parking
The room offered ample space , and it was Super clean. I appreciated the free parking just outside the hotel , a HUGE convenience. The staff member I encountered was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was a good offering , and it included cereals , pastries , and hot drinks.

The staff offered a warm welcome and were lovely throughout my visit. My room was spacious and clean, with a good, peaceful sleep. Check-out was easy as I just left my key at reception.
The furniture in my room looked a little tired, I think this could be improved.
