the room was clean.
The check-in process was slow. restaurant service was dreadful. I waited a very long time for my food. this was my poorest dining experience on this trip.

I appreciated the convenient tram access. The staff at the hotel were friendly upon arrival. The room and overall design of the hotel were beautiful and COMFORTABLE.
The room lacked coffee, and there was no soap in the bathroom.

Breakfast featured excellent options. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly, it really made mornings great. The hotel's proximity to the tram station offers easy access to city center. Everything was super clean. Attention to detail was apparent everywhere.
The rooftop bar was unexpectedly closed one evening. It was a disappointment since I had hoped to spend time there.
