The location is excellent. it is a short walk to the main center. parking near the door was very convenient. I did not have to worry about it.
The breakfast selection felt limited. also, i could occasionally hear water from the neighboring room. It was not enough to ruin my stay, though.

the staff provided prompt assistance with all requests. my room had a wonderful traditional feel. i found the location very convenient, being within walking distance of major attractions.
i noticed a slight stain on the carpet, nothing too serious.

The hotel is near the city center and the Wawel Castle is very close. Parking is also available near the door so I did not worry about my vehicle. I enjoyed the breakfast and found it very good. The hotel provided good value.
The walls between rooms seemed very thin so some noise traveled easily.
