the staff was friendly and eager to assist with directions and suggestions. the rooms were clean and well kept offering a restful experience. i found the pool to be quite refreshing providing a peaceful respite from the day's activities.
i noted slight wear on some furniture pieces though it did not significantly affect my stay.

The streetcar line was directly accessible , made it easy. The cottage look gave this place a cozy atmosphere. The staff were accommodating and friendly too.
The shower was installed very high I am 5'7. Water went everywhere because the glass door was short. The mattress had human feces stains on it.
