The staff were really helpful (i am very grateful for that!). The location was convenient. There were many restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. The rooftop pool offered a beautiful view. It seemed nicely maintained.
The air conditioning unit in my room was leaking. The room stayed humid throughout my stay, and the sheets always felt damp. Housekeeping was a little inconsistent. Small things were routinely missed.

I appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and services. The rooftop pool had a beautiful view and was well kept. The staff were helpful and friendly . I found the rooms clean and the beds comfortable for a good night's sleep.
The air conditioning was not working properly in the lobby area, a bit uncomfortable while waiting.

the staff were very friendly. carole fon and the cleaning staff were all very helpful. the cleaning is done daily and the rooms are very nice.
the little step into the bathroom was not marked as a step and the tile was very slippery when wet.
