Every hotel staff member was friendly. Everyone improved our stay . The location offers perfect views , and the double-glazed windows worked very well. The off-season price was very reasonable.

the location was quite good. it was close to the sea. the staff were very friendly. they were always helpful, which i found very nice.
the equipment seemed old. i think it needs improvement. we did not get free drinking water. i was upset about it.

The staff are the best thing about this hotel. They were always helpful. The reception team were attentive. They even checked on my well-being daily. The restaurant staff provided excellent service (especially Efook). The included breakfast was also great.
The steps to the private beach were a little challenging.

i found the staff attentive and friendly they swiftly addressed any requests i had. the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed linen provided. the private beach was a definite plus providing easy access to the sea.
the indoor pool's location felt odd as it was situated directly within the restaurant area. this.

inconsistent cleaningstained towels
the room cleaning was not consistent . despite leaving the card on the door daily and asking reception, the room was not cleaned even once. this was disappointing as the bathroom showed signs of neglect with rust and stains in cabinets. also, the bed linen was not changed, and stained towels were sometimes provided.

The hotel offered a private beach with Fine views. The restaurant provided delicious meals with amazing sea views. The daily complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch! I really appreciated the well kept bistro and spa.
