Mixed Experience Near Heathrow
unstable wardrobe railmoldy biscuit
I found a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The wardrobe rail looked unstable, so I avoided using it. There was a moldy chocolate biscuit behind the table leg. The staff kept my driving license , since I did not have a £20 key deposit.

i needed to pay a cash deposit. i wasn't aware of this before. staff took pictures of our ids on his iphone, i not knowing why. the room was very basic.

The owners were very cute and friendly. They offered a good breakfast that was so yummy. The room was clean and it had a private bathroom and i love that.

This hotel is near Heathrow Airport Terminal. Taking the local bus from the terminal made the guesthouse very accessible. A short walk from the bus stop brought me right to the doorstep, which i really loved.

My hosts recommended the nearby Perseverance pub and it was a real treat. I ordered their famous fish and chips and the portion was generous and tasty. It was a perfect, relaxing meal close to the hotel.

I found the owners quite cute and the location was SUPERB for Heathrow. The breakfast included a good continental selection and was served with care. I appreciated the clean, comfortable room. It was a double room. The private bathroom was definitely a plus.
The garden COULD benefit from some tidying.

The room was warm. It was clean too. Rohan was very helpful with my stay. I must say, I appreciated his assistance.
I didn't like that there were no visible house numbers. It made finding the place in the dark difficult. I had to let myself in and find reception, I think instructions before arrival would be helpful. Leaving my driving licence overnight was not great, it felt unnecessary.
