serene anfield respite

helpful staff clear instruction ample space valuable transport

the staff were helpful i received clear instructions for accessing the hotel upon arrival the room overlooked the stadium i appreciated this room offered ample space for our family there was also parking on site. the neighborhood seemed tranquil despite its proximity to the stadium. the available public transport nearby was valuable and convenient.

i noticed some minor wear in the communal areas but it did not detract significantly from my stay

the kitchen included essential appliances like a microwave, kettle and toaster it allowed preparation of simple meals and snacks there was also a fridge to keep drinks cool and store perishable items.

convenient location near anfield

room key information email on-site parking

Collecting the room key was easy because of the code. It meant we did not have to arrive at a specific time. emails contained all necessary information. the hotel offers on-site parking and a great price. the neighborhood felt nice.

The room i had was dusty and not very clean. I would not stay there again. i also found my car blocked in, and i could not contact the owners. i had to knock on other guests' doors to resolve it.

the staff provided great communication both before and after my stay, offering helpful and prompt responses to my queries. i appreciated their attentive service and willingness to assist.

Breakfast offered basic options, sufficient for a quick, early start to the day. It suited our needs well. the availability of a kitchen was a bonus, though i did not get a chance to fully utilize it!

underwhelming stay near the stadium

questionable stains noisy heating

The location was undeniably convenient. It was close to where i needed to be.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. the bathroom floor had questionable stains, and the toilet seemed overlooked by previous guests. A rather unpleasant surprise. the heating system made strange noises all night. Not conducive to a good night's sleep.
