the staff were very helpful. they took an interest in US and engaged in conversation.
the breakfast cost twelve euros, a high price for a coffee, bread, juice, and a bit of fruit. i found cheaper options nearby. the hotel could not cancel the breakfasts i booked initially.. that was frustrating.

the reception staff were particularly helpful, offering precise details regarding places for meals (i noted james especially). the hotel is situated in a vibrant part of town, away from the main tourist areas, yet it has easy access to everything. i loved its proximity to bars and restaurants with delicious food.
the absence of a minibar was a small inconvenience (i always like a cold drink available in my room). i also missed having a coffee machine directly in the room.

My room included a comfortable bed and a modern, large tv. daily cleaning service ensured the room remained in good condition. the shower had a rainfall showerhead. That added a touch of luxury (i am a shower person).

i found the location really convenient. it was easy to walk to many places. the staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i was pleased when i received an upgrade to a higher floor, it gave me extra space.
the room was somewhat small, and it only had one chair with a hard back, this wasn't comfortable at all, i think they should change it.

the reception staff showed genuine interest in my well-being, this added a personal touch to my stay, i had a friendly conversation with them, and they were quick to help with my requests! their attentiveness was appreciated.

The hotel is set in a less touristy area, but it is still vibrant, this allowed me to experience the local culture. I also found many bars and restaurants with great food nearby. it was near the film festival.

The room included extra towels (very useful). The room was cleaned twice because I put out the cleaning sign. The location is convenient for the beach and the city center.
The room only had one hard back chair, so it wasn't very comfortable.
