excellent staff gluten-free options themed buffet
the staff spoke excellent english which helped me a lot good breakfast options were available including gluten-free choices upon request themed evening buffets presented interesting meals the location was great it was maybe one hundred steps from my room to the boot room then to the ski room and finally to the snow
the pool had few loungers for the number of hotel guests

Convenient Ski Getaway
dinner buffet outdoor hot tub ski convenience
Breakfast and dinner buffets had enough options for everyone. The outdoor hot tub with indoor pool provided relaxation. I found the proximity to the slopes for ski in ski out very convenient. The ski shop being on the hotel premises simplified equipment rental and return.
The hotel gave my room key to another person. I returned to find a stranger in my shower and belongings scattered. This incident raised serious security concerns and caused considerable distress.

The spa area offers an outdoor jacuzzi perfect after a day on the slopes. A swimming pool provides another option for relaxation. Guests have access to complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
slowly draining sink poor wifi
The location was great, providing easy access to the slopes. Not bad I guess.
The room was quite outdated, with a sink that drained slowly. I found it odd that a hotel charging this much didn't have WiFi. That is pretty ridiculous in this day and age. The food was okay, but nothing to write home about and a little disappointing considering the price.

dated decor inadequate wifi
The location worked out alright for getting to the slopes. The hotel also offered a convenient space for storing skis and boots.
The room felt very dated. The decor looked tired and the carpet felt cheap. The hotel charged a high price per night, YET it did not have wifi available. This felt inadequate for the cost.
