the staff were really friendly. they helped us book a taxi to the airport quickly. the airport is only 8 minutes away by car. the location and service were very good.
the bedding consisted of only a thickish blanket over a sheet. the doors did not close quietly when i left the room. this was a problem when leaving very early. the room isolation was REALLY bad. i could hear everything from the lobby.

the location near the airport was convenient. i also found myself within walking distance of both the beach and several restaurants. the staff were very accommodating and helpful, even arranging a taxi for my early morning departure. the room provided was a good size, clean, and represented excellent value for the price (i think i got a bargain!).
the room isolation was not perfect. i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.

the hotel offers breakfast and dinner at jasmine garden, located within the premises, and it provides both indoor and outdoor seating options (this was especially appreciated). chef richard appears to be quite skilled.

the reception is family-managed, and i noted they offered extended hours. the staff communicated important details via email. housekeeping service was available daily if requested, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

the room included amenities such as a fridge, a tv, and air conditioning that functioned perfectly. i appreciated having access to a hairdryer and a safe.

The room i was given was not up to standard. the floor was dirty and the fridge was broken. there was also a very strong smell of gas. This. i contacted staff, but they did not respond. this was unacceptable!!!

The staff were helpful. the room was clean, and the area was quiet. parking was available just outside the hotel. i had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. It was excellent.
The room isolation was not good! i could hear everything from the lobby. the ac units were not customizable. I could only turn it on or off. the bathroom lacked ventilation.

The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. My room had a nice balcony. The restaurant on-site was convenient for meals.
The soundproofing was not very good. I could hear noise from the hallway. The AC unit only had on and off settings. The bed felt quite firm.
