mixed feelings about this stay
unserviced room communal bathroom
the cleaning lady was lovely and helpful.
the room was not serviced when i arrived. previous tenants' items were left everywhere. the communal bathroom had clothing all over the floor and felt serviced irregularly. i wasn't allowed to eat in the room, which i found strange for a hotel.

convenient stay
neat room great location competent staff
the room was neat and clean it felt quite cosy. the location was great being a quiet area yet still close to the city centre. the staff was competent and always ready to help with any questions.
the tv in my room was not working properly it only had dvd play available with no dvds provided for viewing.

the hotel provides washing and drying facilities this is especially useful for longer stays. these facilities are located on-site and easily accessible they add significant value. the convenience helps maintain clean clothes .

there is a small kitchen available for guest use this space includes a coffee machine though payment is needed. some guests store food on a designated shelf in the fridge i noticed the kitchen was tidy. this self-catering option adds flexibility.

the cleaning staff maintained a very high standard . one staff member assisted me with directions this assistance was genuinely appreciated. i found them to be friendly and eager to ensure a comfortable visit.

pleasant and convenient stay
convenient location on-site washer helpful staff clean hotel
The location was great. I could easily walk into the city center or catch a bus. i appreciated the availability of a washer and dryer (very useful for longer trips). the staff proved consistently helpful, always ready to assist with directions or other requests. i found the hotel very clean, which certainly added to my comfort.
The shared bathroom needed some updating. It felt a bit worn.

my double room included fresh linens and adequate space for luggage. the bed provided a good night's sleep, and i found extra pillows in the closet. there was also a small desk and chair, useful for catching up on emails.

while there was no on-site restaurant, the shared kitchen included a refrigerator and microwave. i stored some snacks in the refrigerator for later. several cafes and restaurants are within a short walk (about 10-15 minutes).
