The staff was very helpful and cute I appreciated that. The breakfast offered excellent choices and high-quality food. The room was super clean it had a comfortable bed too.
The air conditioning was a bit too strong I couldn't adjust it to my liking.

I found the staff friendly and efficient, especially at check-in. The breakfast buffet included an excellent selection of items. My room was modern and very clean. I enjoyed the nice walk to the Duomo and Galleria from the hotel.
