modern decorfriendly staff
the room had modern decor and a comfortable bed the hotel itself was clean with friendly staff. i liked the books available in the hotel. there is a nice cafe at the hotel too.
the hotel offered only one ticket for a free coffee for each check-in whatever how many days of stay.

i found the staff helpful and patient. i appreciated that they were clear even though i don't speak much japanese. the food was amazing!!! i really enjoyed the book theme and the park right next to the hotel.
the provided pillow was a bit thin for my liking.

The staff provided free drink coupons, and the coffee was delicious. I found the book cafe concept on the first floor interesting. Guests were quiet. The room was super clean and cozy.
