I found the location to be excellent. It offered very nice convenience. Several swimming pools were available . The food at the bar provided simple, yet very satisfying options. The walkways made evening strolls enjoyable.

The boat tour captain answered all my questions, was very friendly, and provided ample information. Staff exhibited kindness and patience, even when busy and chaotic! BreElle and Anahi were so kind and helpful.

the location was excellent (i mean, right by the lake!). the room was large and also included a nice patio area. i found good water pressure in the shower. they allowed a late check-out, helpful.
the view from the upgraded room was partially obstructed due to the balcony wall being too high, so i couldn't see over it. this was like a design oversight or poor furniture choice.

the front desk was helpful and accommodating to my needs. the staff provided excellent service , and i found the restaurant staff equally amazing and helpful. the team was attentive and provided great care.

i was disappointed by the condition of the room. the air conditioner barely worked. this made for an uncomfortable night. the staff seemed uninterested in addressing the issue. additionally, finding a working ice machine proved to be quite a challenge.

The location provided easy access to the lake. I appreciated the excellent food at the bar, especially when dining under a rainbow (a nice experience!). The room was spacious, a plus .
My room felt quite dated. I only had one coffee for the entire room, not enough. The shower operation was difficult, and the water never got very warm.

The location was magnificent, offering lovely views of the surrounding landscape. The free shuttle service to both the ramp and the airport proved convenient. I really appreciated it!!!
The corridors had an unpleasant odor. This was a bit of a letdown. the thermostat in the AC did not function properly, causing some discomfort . I wish it had worked better.

The balcony offered scenic views. My stay in the King Room View was good. (I enjoyed the quiet.) I found the room spacious. Housekeeping kept everything very tidy.
The air conditioning unit was quite poor. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. This made the room less comfortable than I would have liked.

There were three restaurants to choose from. I especially liked the outdoor seating. It provided gorgeous views (the sunsets were beautiful). The Rainbow Room provided excellent service, and the food was tasty.

The resort has two pools. I used the outdoor pool and found it refreshing. The resort provides convenient access to recreational activities, and the location outside of the city created a restful place.
