The staff maintained our luggage AFTER checkout and this was very helpful. The hotel bar had a lovely atmosphere in the evening for a relaxed drink. Those features were very useful during our trip.
The breakfast time slots had to be booked and the latest time was 9. I feel like this cut short our casual lie ins.

the hotel room had all the bath amenities i needed. the staff was really friendly and helpful. the location was also great for accessing shopping and dining.
the hotel soundproofing is quite poor. i could hear people talking in the hallways. this affected the overall comfort at night.
