The staff helped me a lot. They were very kind and worked with me on checkout. I was allowed to keep my suitcase at the reception (so nice!) while I went on a tour. The location is central and very convenient.
The bathroom had limited toiletries.

Fresh water was provided daily in the room, a thoughtful touch. Coffee was available throughout the day, very convenient. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The staff were always polite and friendly. They worked hard and tried their best. The owner showed very nice kindness, despite some language barriers, but everything worked out well.

The room was quite spacious, and I found fresh water provided daily to my room. The location was very convenient, a short walk to the night market. I was also pleased with the efficient organization of trips by the staff.
I noted some slight traffic noise due to the room facing the road. this was a minor issue overall.

The staff were amazing. They helped me straight away with a scooter! they also took care of all my washing and ironing at a really good price. This was excellent. the bed was so comfy. I feel so lucky. the room was cleaned every day and contained a fridge, super useful.
The water pump was quite loud at night, so sleep become a little difficult for me. i told someone, but there are no other rooms available. This sucks.

The location is near the night market. That's a plus, it really is. i was very close to markets, and the ferry to railay beach was also super close. I could walk everywhere.

I had coffee at breakfast, good. This really helped to kickstart my day. there are also a good cafe near the hotel. It is inexpensive and open late, really convenient.

My room was large and kept clean daily. It was super neat. fresh water was provided in my room every day, i did enjoy that. the room had a balcony, it has such beautiful views.
