wonderful budget stay near the marina!
excellent locationnearby marinaeasy walkbus stop
the location is excellent, near the marina. i walked easily to the beach. many bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. the bus stop for the sunset trip to zia is right in front of the hotel!!!
The shower curtain sometimes stuck to me. A minor inconvenience.

breakfast includes greek yogurt with honey and fresh croissants. toast with ham and cheese is available. juice and coffee are also part of the breakfast offerings. the two ladies serving breakfast were very kind and helpful!!!

The location is near the marina. I walked there easily each day. The room included a balcony. I could see the sea from it.
The walls are thin so I could hear some noise from the hallway.
