the location was acceptable since it was close to many restaurants.

the hotel felt dated , and the walls were not clean. the bathroom paint was peeling , and there was rust around the sink. i probably won't be staying here again.

I found the hotel's location very convenient. It's a five-minute walk to the mrt station. there are numerous restaurants around, and two 7-eleven convenience stores are very close. the staff gave helpful directions and even provided umbrellas when it rained!!!

The aircon was very noisy. This made sleeping a little difficult. there isn't a separate space for the shower, so you stand in the bathtub. This could be tricky for some guests.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to various restaurants. The room had comfortable beds. The hotel offers convenient access to public transportation (two train lines). I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful.

I did notice that controlling the air conditioning was difficult.

The staff members demonstrated multilingual capabilities, including French, a considerable help. Employees were really good too ensure a enjoyable stay, which i appreciated. i felt very welcome.

The location allowed easy walks to different train lines, which simplified exploring the area. Myeongdong was also within a reasonable walking distance (about 10 minutes). I could easily get to various attractions.

amazing locationconvenient walknearby station

the location is amazing.. it's just one station from seoul station. i walked to myeongdong shopping street in less than ten minutes, so convenient. plus, city hall train station is only a few minutes away!

the air conditioning wasn't working very well, unfortunately.

mediocre stay, some issues noticed

easy walkhard bedbroken toilet handle

the location was good for accessing tourist areas, including an easy walk to the metro.

The pictures created false hope for me. this hotel sits amidst tall buildings, blocking any views. the bed was hard. the internet did not work, and the toilet handle was broken. I think they fixed the handle, but it remained loose, and there was no fix for the internet.
