Clean, Modern, and Convenient
large backpackhot waterkeypad sound
The provided breakfast pastries and coffee started my days well. Lockers were large enough for a big backpack and used an electronic keypad. Showers had good hot water. I found the location great for accessing the airport via MRT.
The sound from the keypad entry to the room became annoying. Guests were coming in and out during the night. I wish it could be silent so people aren't disturbed.

The hotel included a washing machine and dryer on the 5th floor. There is a workspace with stable WiFi. I also found a common area on level 5 for reading and relaxing plus an outdoor seating area.

My sleeping capsule had a shelf and places to hang items. The bed was comfortable. The room had secure lockers with electronic keypads. This offers space for personal belongings and provides good security.

A cafe on the ground floor sold good coffee and some books. Quality pastries were available daily. Instant coffee and green tea satchels were provided for breakfast. I could read up in common space.

This hotel is close to MRT stations. I could walk to restaurants, bars, the waterfront, and city attractions. The design of the hotel is modern. It is also easy to connect to the airport via MRT.

the location is convenient with easy access to stations and restaurants. the facilities are well-kept. i appreciated the private capsule bed. it.
the room air conditioning was poor. this caused an unpleasant smell in the room. the hairdryer also broke. its operation wasn't user-friendly since continuous pressing was needed for use.

the staff were helpful and efficient. the reception was very responsive. they provided good customer service, cleanliness, and toiletries. i noticed everything was handled diligently.
