loud musicoutdated windows
the room looked okay but it had a serious problem. a bar sat right under it and played really loud music. the music thumped until almost 3 am. the old windows did not block the noise. i could hear people on the street like they stood in the room. i did not get a lot of sleep.

The noise from the street was noticeable at night. It made it a bit difficult to fall asleep initially. (Perhaps better window insulation could help.)
