The hotel location is SUPER quiet. I SLEPT GREAT here. The staff members are courteous and helpful always. Location is AMAZING near many things.
The shower water goes everywhere in the bathroom IT IS inconvenient.

my room had a big balcony. i could see the nice size pool. the air conditioning worked well. the staff were friendly. i used the gym and it was also good. breakfast was breezy and well priced.
i found the hotel showed its age in places, and some updating would definitely enhance the stay. the tv was small.

I found the big rooms perfect for my needs and the air conditioning worked really well keeping everything cool. the daily cleaning service was a huge plus. I always had fresh towels and a neatly made bed. my balcony offered a lovely sea view. It was very quiet despite the great location close to everything.
the curtains let in a bit too much light in the mornings.

The location is convenient. The hotel is near the baht bus route and offers easy access to restaurants and entertainment. i found that the hotel is just a short walk to the beach and various bars, super convenient.

Breakfast is available from 6am for 120 baht. I didn't eat other meals at the hotel so i can't speak to those. there's an open food area just a 10 minute walk away, giving me many options for lunch and dinner.

The staff at reception were super helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. they were always courteous, this made everything seamless from check-in to asking for recommendations. the hotel location is very quiet. I really appreciated this.
