The location was AMAZING!!! I could easily reach the subway station. Many restaurants were so close. I also liked that it was a short walk to key attractions.
The hotel had an old feel to it. The carpets in the room looked very dusty. It did affect the romantic mood of my stay. I hope they renovate it soon to fix the issues.

The location proved convenient. It was right across from metro exit 8. the room offered a calm environment for rest, and the beds were supremely comfortable. i also found the staff to be consistently helpful with inquiries and requests.
the hotel's air conditioning did not function optimally. this affected the overall comfort .

Excellent food options are available nearby, including the iconic jia jia tang bao. It's a short walk. several restaurants and cafes are easily accessible around the hotel. This makes finding dining options convenient. a coffee shop on the second floor serves coffee from 30 yuan in a retro setting.

the hotel is near people's square, close to metro lines 1, 2, and 8, exit 8, about a 2-minute walk. department stores such as xinshijie city are nearby and so are cafes and local eateries. convenience stores like lawson and 7-eleven are within a 5-minute walk.

The location is super! The metro station is right across the street. I walked easily to the shopping street too. The front desk staff spoke english and helped with my questions.
The carpet in my room felt dusty. Hot water was only available the first day, then it was almost cold for the following days.

The staff was not helpful at all. One woman acted like my request was an enormous burden, it was annoying. the breakfast was not good. Most of the food was cold, the options were limited, and the dining area felt unclean. I expected more, I probably won't return.
