great locationhelpful staff
I liked its great location very much. Plenty of restaurants are nearby, and the beach is a short walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. They let me keep my car in the lot after checkout so I could go to the beach.
The shower had low water pressure.

I loved that it was a short walk to the beach. It's really close! the location is excellent, and it's near shops and restaurants. the free parking was a huge advantage. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions to lincoln road.
The hallway had a slight musty smell. It was noticeable when i first arrived.

The reception staff were very helpful. They assisted with directions and provided information about local attractions. the front desk also offers free coffee and donuts each morning from 7 am to 10 am which is super helpful.

I found the location AMAZING!!! It was near the beach, stores, and restaurants. The bed was indeed comfortable. The shower had great pressure, which I appreciate. I also loved the eclectic decor design. There were hundreds of items to see.
I noticed slight noise from the hallway.

The check-in process was efficient. Staff let us keep our luggage after check-out for a few hours. They gave accurate information when we asked for it, which I found helpful as a new guest.

the hotel featured complimentary parking, a HUGE plus. the location was PERFECT, close to many restaurants and shops. i also found the staff kind and helpful, particularly when i requested extra towels.
the hallway carpeting was a bit worn.

I grabbed coffee and donuts each morning. They provided a quick start to the day. the coffee was strong and hot, a simple but cherished detail, and the donuts were fresh!!! the dining area was always tidy.

the standard double room included a mini-fridge and microwave, so storing and warming leftovers was easy. the bed was comfy, and i found the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool. a lot of towels were in the room.

The hotel's location allowed me to easily walk to lincoln road in about two minutes. This was such a convenient perk. i really appreciated the proximity to local attractions and the fact that everything felt safe and accessible. i could walk everywhere!
