I found the room spacious and quite clean. it included a mini fridge, really useful for keeping drinks cold. i appreciated the short taxi journey from the train station. It made arrival very easy. also the staff were very friendly. They helped me a lot.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled. I could not adjust the temperature myself.

The room had soft towels. I found this attention to detail very nice. the hotel featured amazing decor. This added to the experience. i had a nice garden view from my room as well as a veranda, allowing me to see the outside.

I found the room spacious, it included a mini fridge. getting to downtown was easy. A 20-minute walk took my partner and i to the leaning tower. i appreciated pietro's warm welcome upon arrival.
The air conditioning did not function as expected. It failed during the night, resulting in a warmer room than preferred.

the room was spacious and clean. the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, even though the offerings were the same each day. i appreciated the super cute setup in the breakfast area (the coffee server was very nice).
the air conditioning did not work properly, even though outside temperatures were over 30°c. i had to call multiple times to have it turned on. the owner responded with frustration and spoke rudely, (he even yelled over the phone).
