The hotel is near the subways. I found this placement allows for peaceful rest. A water dispenser is in the lobby, so I always had fresh water. I also appreciated the helpful staff.
A strong odor came from the drains. It was quite unpleasant. The hotel seemed old, and the room I was assigned was tiny. I also felt the plug sockets didn't work well.

excellent republic location
bus journeycomfortable bedclimate control
The location proved very convenient. it offered great metro and bus connections. I especially appreciated the direct bus journey to gare du nord. the bathroom was excellent, with modern fixtures. i also found the bed comfortable, promoting restful sleep.
the air conditioning was not functioning properly. this made the room quite uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day. i would have appreciated a more effective climate control system.

The staff was helpful and also very friendly. their assistance greatly enhanced my stay. They addressed my inquiries efficiently. i found them to be accommodating and polite. their positive attitude made a difference.
