i found the hotel very close to the main train station. sightseeing spots were within a comfortable walking distance. cafes and restaurants are also nearby.
The windows were very dirty. I noticed it immediately.

the hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the train station. almost all major tourist attractions and neighbourhoods are accessible on foot. the tram line runs right in front of the hotel.

the staff was service minded, both in the breakfast area and at the reception. the receptionists were friendly and accommodating. the cleaning service was also efficient and discreet.

the staff helped with a post shipment we needed to make. it was easy and they had secure space for our bike packing needs!
rooms were not ready until 6pm, two hours after we arrived. breakfast is limited and no hot options.

The breakfast was really disappointing. The red berry black tea tasted like vinegar with lime, and the cleanliness wasn't great. I saw hairs in the bathroom and on juice glasses in the breakfast room.
