stale pastriesweak coffee
the breakfast selection was quite limited and repetitive , even over a short stay. the pastries seemed stale on more than one occasion , and i observed that the hot dishes were not consistently heated. furthermore , the lack of variety made it difficult to find satisfying options each morning. the coffee quality was also substandard , it lacked flavour and tasted weak.

wonderful staff and great location
theater themefriendly staffcentral location
i really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was, it. the hotel has a fun theater theme, i liked learning about the building's history. there were lots of restaurants close by too, i also found a lot of places for shopping. I appreciated how central the location was.

The hotel is near two metro stations. Many bars, restaurants, markets, and cafes surround it. Breakfast provided sufficient choices. The staff were helpful. Inaki was especially helpful.
I noticed slight dustiness in the room. The cleaning was not optimal . I found some dirt on the floor and we lacked toilet paper once.

The staff acted quickly to address requests, offering assistance with directions and amenities. Requests for extra towels and information were handled efficiently. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is very close to the metro station. Many restaurants are in walking distance and the hotel is close to the city center. It is easy to get around.
