My room had some issues. The shower situation was a disaster. Water went everywhere because of some design flaw. The towels were also far from fresh. These felt threadbare and needed replacing. Next time, I'll pack my own.

My stay included a room that was neat and featured provided toiletries. This. The bed was indeed comfortable, and the shower offered more space than typical hotel showers. These were very lovely. The staff members showed both friendliness and professionalism. This enhanced the experience.
The absence of an intercom system meant I needed to visit reception for every request. This added a slight inconvenience.

shower designkettle absence
the shower design was definitely flawed. grime accumulated in the corner, and when i turned on the sprayer, bits of hair washed out. also, the lack of a kettle in the room was a bit of an inconvenience. i would have appreciated having one to make tea.

the location suited my travel needs. the starbucks and burger restaurant nearby were a plus. i found the room quite functional, everything was in good working order. the staff was friendly, they were also helpful .
i noticed a ventilation issue . a bad smell was occasionally present in the room. the possibility to open a window to get some fresh air was not present. this was not ideal for me.

I chose this hotel again because it maintains its high standards. The convenient location near the highway is a major plus, especially when traveling through the country. I found the rooms spacious with better amenities than anticipated. the bed was comfortable and there was free parking available. There is a 24-hour shop nearby (quite practical).
The body wash was situated near the sink instead of inside the shower. Reaching for soap mid-shower required stepping out, inconvenient. (I hope they relocate it soon!).
