good locationhelpful staffdirty floorold glue
the hotel had a very good location. i arrived by car, and i found it easily from the motorway. there is actually a tram stop just in front of the hotel that goes directly to the central railway station. the staff was very nice and helpful!!!
the floor was quite dirty. i felt gross after sitting down to pack bags. the door handle panel came loose. there was also old glue on the door where a sign had been ripped off.

The hotel sits near tram line 17. This made getting around so easy. The staff were really kind and helpful with my questions. Prices for food and drinks surprised me. They were quite reasonable.
The floor did feel rather gross. I noticed this particularly after sitting down to pack my bags. There were no obvious stains though.

Breakfast had a wide choice. Dinner was also available on some days. Coffee in the lobby was quite good. I thought that was a nice extra service.

The hotel location proved optimal for my needs. I liked that the tram stop was close by. there is a gas station and convenience store right next door. This was quite useful.

My room included a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also nice. I enjoyed the spaciousness of my room and all of the light it had.

The staff was friendly. They were always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was easy. I did not have to wait. They attended all requests, answering questions promptly.
