the staff were really cute and helpful (always a plus!). breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. i found it easy to park too. i liked how late i could leave if i wanted.
The room was a little cramped, i thought. i found it hard to move around the bed. the sink seemed partially blocked. The water did not run away quickly.

the breakfast offered a great variety of options , which i found quite satisfying. the staff helped me with my bags , a service i appreciated. they also stored my medication in their refrigerator , which was very helpful.
finding the location proved difficult , tucked away near an industrial site , it was hard to locate even with navigation.

The staff helped a lot with luggage. This was really helpful. the hotel offered a large secure lawned area, perfect for my dog. i got to my room quickly after arriving late on the ferry. breakfast was quick, with good choices.
the pillows were lumpy. i found this disappointing. i would have liked tea making facilities in the room.

the personnel were helpful, both helped me with my bags and put some medication into their refrigerator for me.
the room was a bit small, lots of cobwebs were in the room and no slip mat was in the bathroom, so that was annoying. a grab rail in the shower would have been very useful, but wasn't there! it's just those little things that would make a big difference, but were overlooked.
