metro station parking arrangement
The metro station sits just 20 metres from the hotel entrance. It made public transport simple. The staff were nice. Their friendly faces were always ready to assist. I found the parking arrangement quite convenient. The free parking ticket was a good surprise, removing any stress about vehicle security.
I noticed the air conditioning was somewhat weak.

a adequate stopover
nearby station clean standard easy access small room artificial lighting limited privacy
the u-bahn station was nearby and it was good. i found the cleanliness to a good standard. easy access to transport links made getting around convenient.
my room felt small. the artificial lighting was not good, and the window overlooked buildings. privacy was not great because of the shower door and sink being so close to the beds.

Convenient and Clean Stay!
metro access efficient heating quiet room
the metro stop is right in front of the hotel. it runs through central parts of the city and the main train station. heating worked very well, even when it was below freezing outside, the room was nice and warm. the room was quiet too.
the minimalistic design made the rooms look a little like dormitory rooms. i think adding a few more amenities would significantly improve the experience. otherwise, the stay was generally good.

the hotel offers underground parking for 15 eur per day, quite convenient. you can also find free parking near the surrounding houses.. a definite plus for those driving. the rooms have working showers and clean beds too.

the staff were very attentive, even during busy times with many guests checking in. everything ran smoothly, which i appreciated. the breakfast service stood out with fresh food and constant refills, always a plus.

the location is excellent, especially with the u-bahn station right outside. it provides quick access to the city center. as a solo traveller, i felt safe in the area and i consider that a great thing for a hotel

non-functioning air conditioning empty dispenser
the location was good, right next to the u-bahn station (very handy for getting around).
the staff seemed underprepared to handle issues. the air conditioning did not work, (it made the room unbearably hot). despite reporting this, the receptionist did not offer a solution or an apology. also, the shower gel dispenser was empty and it was not refilled . these problems combined to negatively impact my stay.

Smooth Stay Near the Subway
u-bahn station good breakfast
The hotel sits close to the U-bahn station making it easy to get around. The breakfast was good and they did a good job helping with parking. I found it quite simple to navigate the area because of the location.
The pillows in my room were thin and not very comfortable. I also thought the towels were small for my needs, not providing sufficient coverage after a shower. This detracted from an otherwise solid experience.

The room had what I needed and seemed clean. The walls and windows seemed thick. This helped block out most noise, including that from outside and made the room quiet.
