The staff was always helpful and friendly. The room had complimentary tea and coffee. The wifi speed was EXCELLENT.
The location between two MRT stops meant a long walk. It was about fifteen minutes in one direction and twenty-five minutes in the other. This was especially challenging in the heat.

The room included firm beds and pillows, suited to my preference. The bathroom looked renovated. It had a hand-held shower head. An additional full-length mirror was outside the bathroom.

Staff were always happy and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job. Check-in was easy. There was reception staff even after hours.

The hotel is near eating places. There are many buses within 200 meters that take you to the center within 20-30 minutes. The area feels safe to walk around during the day or night.
