an ok stay with some issues
convenient locationfaulty acsafety issue
the location was convenient for using the tram.
The room was too warm. The ac didn't work and seemed to blow out warmer air. also, there was an incident where i was given keys to a room that already had a guest inside. It took three trips to the front desk to resolve. this created a safety concern

i had a super awesome time here! the tram stop right across from the hotel its so handy. the staff were so friendly! i got complimentary travel pass, this was superb cause i used trams, buses, and trains. like, everywhere i wanted to go!
the beds were a lil too firm for my liking, i prefer softer beds but i still sleep fine.

the hotel's location rocked, with a tram stop right outside it was so easy to get around. i got to the city center in like, 10 minutes, this location really made exploring super easy and convenient for me.
