the room had sufficient storage for two people, suitable for a weekend visit. i appreciated the comfy bed, though the pillow was a bit too soft for my liking. i found the short walk to the tram line very convenient. the location is close to trams and buses, which makes getting around very easy (i definitely used them often).

The location was quite convenient. A tram stop was nearby.
The shower temperature was all over the place. It went from scalding hot to freezing cold without warning, so it was a bit unpleasent. there was no kettle in the room to make tea, though I suppose I could have ordered room service, but I hate those kind of calls, it feels awkward. The TV only had German channels.

The location is really great. it is within walking distance to the tv tower and other tourist spots. the room was clean and comfy. I felt at peace.
The staff seemed a little unmotivated. It would have been nice to see a bit more friendliness from them. also, the accessible bathroom felt old and could use some updates. I noticed cracks in the sink, and the shower curtain seemed rather worn.
