large mall useful desk clean pool
the location is near a large mall. the room included a desk and a wardrobe. the swimming pool was clean, i enjoyed using it (it was a welcome relief from the heat).

excellent stay near the river
convenient location clean room easy access shuttle service
i found the hotel's location quite advantageous. the room was clean and included a kettle and a safe. i had easy access to the ferry. tables and chairs were available to sit by the river, i enjoyed the view. the hotel provided a shuttle bus to the nearby train station when needed.
the card i used for deposit payment was promised a refund after five days post-checkout, but it took four weeks.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. i had fresh salads every morning. this was especially appreciated as it is difficult to find salads on the street, it really made a difference.

the double room with river view provided great vistas. i appreciated the inclusion of a kettle and a fridge. the bed and pillows were great, a very important detail for a good rest.

The hotel features a pool and garden area, i found it ideal for watching river boats. a tourist desk is available in the hotel. I booked a car to the airport there. a pedestrian bridge is near the park for crossing the river.

The hotel is close to the river. the bts station and iconsiam are easily accessible, i could explore. many restaurants and services are within a few blocks. That was very convenient.

uncomfortable pillow broken hair drier
The breakfast espresso machine worked well and offered a good variety of choices.
My room had no window, so it always felt stuffy. The provided pillow was very uncomfortable (my neck hurt the next morning). The hair drier was broken, quite inconvenient.

I found the pool very clean. The riverside decking offered ample space. I appreciated the tables there. The location proved superb, particularly when factoring in the cost.

good variety thoughtful service
The breakfast buffet offered good variety. Nem from the restaurant staff provided fresh hot milk when I could not use the coffee machine. I appreciated this thoughtful service.
The room was small and the bathroom was quite small with basic provisions.

dust accumulation clogged drain
The location was acceptable. It provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
The room's cleanliness was substandard. I noticed dust accumulation in corners and on surfaces. the bathroom presented a further problem. the shower drain was clogged. Water accumulated quickly during use. This was unhygienic and inconvenient.
