The in-room safe was difficult to operate , requiring multiple attempts to lock it.

The hotel's proximity to Broadway made it easy to walk to all the entertainment spots. Breakfast offered plentiful and good food options. The room was clean and provided all necessary amenities. I found the location convenient for exploring.
It disrupted the morning rest. This noise made it difficult to relax in the room during those hours. Better soundproofing could improve this.

The breakfast had decent variety. This met expectations.
The room was not properly cleaned during my three-night stay. i informed the front desk, and they assured me the room would be cleaned. It was not. the front desk staff also seemed uninformed. They couldn't provide accurate information about public transportation to the grand ole opry or nearby walgreens.
