Decent Location, but Some Issues
strong smellground floor
The room smelled strongly of carpet cleaner! It was quite overwhelming. the street-facing room on the ground floor had a large door instead of a window. This made me uneasy about leaving it open at night. Noise from staff throwing wood pieces off the roof woke me up early one morning.

The staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the air fresheners used in the corridors. The scent was so nice. breakfast had a very nice selection, i loved it! the hotel's location is great. Everything was within easy reach.
The shower glass wasn't long enough. Water easily spilled onto the floor during showers.

The hotel sits near the city center. It's an easy walk to the Kathedraal and Belfort. My room had a comfortable bed. a power shower! The WiFi worked great, a real plus for staying connected.
I found that some of the outlets in the room didn't work which was inconvenient.

The room was clean and spacious and it included a mirror wardrobe and television. Very practical. Fresh towels arrived each day. It ensured a comfortable stay. The room was quiet.

the receptionists were friendly. sarah at the front desk offered amazing tips for enjoying my visit. she recommended a restaurant named de vlaamsche pot for authentic flemish cuisine, a short walk away!
