convenient location, quiet room

the hotel was easy to reach using public transport from the central station. my room was spacious and clean. the reception staff were cute. i liked that the location was near a subway station, easy to travel and explore. the staff helped me store my luggage after i checked out
i found only one thin pillow on the bed. i would have preferred two. there was also lots of noise at 4am. it woke me up

the building is near loreto metro station. it is also close to a grocery store, it is open until late. the hotel is on a busy street, but the room was quiet. it is near milano centrale station.

the reception is open 24/7. breakfast is modest, but sufficient. staff are friendly, always with a smile. my room was on the first floor facing the inner courtyard. it was quite quiet.

The location was convenient. The metro station was very close.
The noise levels were disappointing. It was VERY noisy. Traffic sounds came through the windows, and i didn't sleep well. the bathroom wasn't clean enough, and the fridge was empty.
