the staff was friendly and very helpful. the onsen on site helped me to unwind. the room was clean and a good size, with all the amenities you'd expect.
the room was small and felt claustrophobic. it was hard to get to the washing machine area. i found the bed and pillow to be very uncomfortable, the matress was too hard.

The staff was helpful and friendly. It made check-in easy. I got free drinks from the vending machine for choosing the eco plan, a plus! The hotel is near Asakusabashi Station. It is convenient for moving around. There are also many restaurants around the hotel. They offer various options.
The window, although nice for easy, let in a lot of street noise when left open. ',

The hotel has a public bath, a nice addition. There are vending machines on the premises, GREAT for quick access to drinks. A washing machine and dryer are available for guest use. This is very convenient.

The room was clean and equipped with everything i needed. The beds were firm but acceptable. It allowed for a comfortable rest. The window opens for fresh air. It is a nice feature to have in a city location.

The breakfast buffet offered lots of options and some items changed daily. This added variety. There was a good spread of Japanese food, which I appreciated a LOT. Doutor coffee and coffee cream were available in the lobby.
