This spot is so close to the metro, it is awesome! The team working there are super nice and helpful, for real. My room had a balcony with a great view, I was thrilled. There is free coffee and tea all the time, I needed it!

The staff was always ready to help, and i especially appreciated the free coffee available all day. It was bean-to-cup! the location was convenient, as it was near the metro. i found several shops and cafes close by. the breakfast was very tasty too.

the front desk staff offered umbrellas when the weather turned overcast, a gesture that really stood out! they seemed to anticipate needs before i even realized them, showing really good care. all the staff members were very cute.

The room felt cramped. I struggled to move around comfortably with my luggage (a suitcase). The shower was also quite small. It made showering difficult.
