convenient location, great service

the room was spacious. i found coffee and tea readily available. breakfast offered good choices. the staff at the front desk were friendly. they quickly addressed my needs. the location near public transport made getting around easy.
The street outside was busy. Some noise did filter into my room.

The breakfast buffet included a pancake machine. It made fresh pancakes. there were omelets and sausages available. the juice provided was quite sweet, and there was good coffee for everyone.

The staff was accommodating. they were helpful with directions. they also offered assistance with luggage. i noticed they were patient when answering guest questions about local attractions. Their help was great.
