helpful staffeasy arrivalfood optionair conditioning
this hotel was very close to the termini station. it made our arrival easy. the staff were very helpful, they gave warm welcomes. we left our luggage before check-in. our room had air conditioning. food options were on the same street, including cafes and restaurants.
the furniture in the room was slightly old. it needs a fresh paint. the shower seemed a little small.

the location was great for transport (it was close to the main train station). i also appreciated that the staff spoke english. breakfast included croissants and coffee, which i enjoyed.
The bathroom was quite small. It was hard to move around. the lighting in the room was dim. i also noticed the early check-out time (10:30 am seemed a bit too early).
