helpful staff fantastic location short walk overall size
I found the staff to be very kind and helpful. They even upgraded my parents' room. the location is fantastic, away from tourists but close to everything needed. it is a short walk to train lines and restaurants. i liked the overall size of the hotel.
the tv in my room did not work which was slightly frustrating.

my room had comfortable beds. it was very clean. i also noticed the painting on the walls seemed to need repair. the bathroom was convenient.

the location is very near the metro. you can reach the city center quickly. the neighborhood felt safe. there are also several restaurants in the area.

The room had extra pillows. A kettle was also available. The area outside the hotel was nice I noted a bus stop right outside the hotel.
