the hotel location worked well. metro access was nearby. many cafes were very close. our room felt comfortable. breakfast included many choices. staff made arrangement for taxi on departure. i find it practical. i appreciate the quiet area at night. it was a nice surprise to find a filtered water station to refill our bottles everyday.

the location was good for seeing many sites. the metro station was close. staff booked a taxi to the airport upon request (which was very helpful).
The room was tiny. the bathroom didn't have toiletries. We could see ladders and dirty buckets.

I found some issues. Only one person with a bag could fit. also, the air conditioning did not seem to work well. it wasn't very cool at all.
